It's 2026 guys!

Hi everyone, can you believe we are into February 2026 and almost March. already?! Crazy how times goes by so fast, can it slow down?! I have been thinking of changing my company name for quite a while, like 2 or 3 years. Still thinking of a name. Someone once told me to name my company Chef Rosie Arellano. I was thinking I want it to revolve around what I do, it's like a one stop shop. You can order your cakes, desserts, and or pastries from my company, but at the same time you can order custom gifts, a one stop shop. I'm a Pastry Chef but I have also been hired to be a Personal Chef providing lunch for Companies. I have evolved through the years, impressive, right? Jack of all trades, I do so much, just ask anyone. Or should I have two separate companies? Thos are some of the things I think about. What are your thoughts? How's your year going so far?
